Dear all,

Keeping in line with the relaxations provided by the Central Government, and the 10% workforce allowance in private offices by the Maharashtra government starting 8^th June ’20, we are currently working out the plan on who would comprise of the 10% that would need to come to office. Employees / teams who will be required to resume office will be informed by their HoD /HR in due course of time. Others will continue to operate from home.

Inspite of the relaxations provided, we urge each and every one of you to utilize these relaxations responsibly and for essential services only and step out of your house only if necessary.

Dear all,

The Government of India has published a notification regarding the mandatory reduction of PF contribution from salaries. This step has been taken to increase net take home of employees during this crucial time.

The notification states that PF deduction %age will be reduced from 12% of Basic to 10% of Basic for both employer and employee contribution for the months of May, June and July ’20.

Keeping in line with this, we will be temporarily reducing PF contributions starting from this month till the month of July. Post this period, we will go back to the regular 12% deduction unless we are notified differently in the interim.
